its great enough that enya has never toured or even performed live. i seem to recall that unlike many artists, the live performance thing isnt wanted or necessary to maintain popularity.

the best way to resolve racist opinions is to coerce those with abhorrent views to see their targets as human beings exactly like themselves. having this happen physically, in person, is a requirement.
i think this is the only correct response. everyone else is operating outside SOP
3·13 days agotheres only a few real reasons… lemmy does not have a lot of ‘microblog’ features (50% of the fediverse)… you cant, for example, follow mastodon accounts or have them follow you.
other platforms also add missing lemmy features over the same data. mbin has the equivilent of reddits karma in the form of ‘reputation’

these old, shitty tomes are written by man to control man. that there are inherent contradictions in books compiled over a millennia should be expected and treated as irrelevant as the books themselves.
why anyone would give them any more weight than say, a comic book, is beyond me.
