  • Chinese.

The projector thing isn’t quite new, actually. Samsung Galaxy Beam did this in 2012. Though that projector was 15 lumens, Unihertz has one with 100 lumen projector. It also has a cooling fan for that, and huge battery that makes it a bit of a brick.

I myself have Ulefone Armor 24, and I do like the brick form-factor, but I know most people probably wouldn’t.

    These are listed for the Tank 3 Pro: 2G GSM (Bands 2/3/5/8), 3G WCDMA (Bands 1/2/4/5/6/8/19), 3G CDMA2000 (Bands BC0/BC1), 4G FDD-LTE (Bands 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/18/19/20/25/26/28A/28B/66), 4G TDD-LTE (Bands 34/38/39/40/41/42), 5G NR (Bands N1/2/3/5/7/8/12/13/20/25/26/28/38/40/41/77/78)

You can find band number list on Wikipedia to get the frequency.

Checking T-Mobile US website, it seems to lack 600MHz for both “extended range” 4G and 5G as well as mmWave 5G support.

Keep in mind the possible lack of updates with no custom ROMs available. That just sucks, and is usual with such Chinese brands.

  • Depends on the people. There aren’t any strict rules. Some people won’t, some will. Some might even end up in bed right after. As long as everyone involved is comfortable with it, it’s fine.

If you aren’t comfortable with drinking on a first date, then don’t. If like me you never drink alcohol, then don’t.
Also depends on the alcohol. Large difference between wine and vodka.

But I haven’t ever dated either, so… Personally I can’t imagine any date that involves any drinks and food. Coffee, I don’t do that either. Tea? Down in one go. Water? Awkward, and also down in one go. Food? Can’t focus on anything else, gotta finish first.

  • It does. I’ve been using it, I tested it, it works. They just get the info that I am “currently unavailable” and I get SMS with info on who tried to call me when I was “unavailable”. Just like airplane mode, but I get to keep data and SMS.

2G will be used only for emergency calls.

4G/5G doesn’t support traditional voice calls like 2G/3G did. Only VoLTE, VoWiFi and VoNR which are a total mess with lack of one universal standard. (And you can disable them, which is the point of my comment.)

But they can try, if that’s what you meant.

  • Problem solved.

    You can’t call me.

(If you can’t disable 2G and 3G and they are still used by your carrier, you can switch to LTE only or NR/LTE or NR only in *#*#4636#*#* menu. This menu may be disabled on some devices.)

This also helps with reconnecting faster when travelling as it won’t have to unnecessarily search for 2G/3G towers.

Alternatively, you could forward all calls somewhere else, so you can still make calls yourself right away.
